By purchasing a plan from Los Digital Co ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Los Digital Co provides digital services including website design and development, bilingual content, AI automation, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of work is agreed upon prior to or at the start of each project.
All plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Los Digital Co to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Prices are listed in USD. Los Digital Co reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice to active clients.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at losdigitalco@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
No refunds are issued once work has begun on a project or an active billing cycle is underway. If you experience an issue with your service, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions per billing cycle as outlined during onboarding. Additional revision requests beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.
Upon receipt of full payment for a given period, the Client owns the deliverables produced during that period. Los Digital Co retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets (logos, copy, credentials). Delays caused by the Client may affect delivery timelines.
Los Digital Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
